REFUND POLICY
Goods once sold will only be exchanged or returned or money refunded if the product is defective.
If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; in all other cases you should send the item to us using any shipping company of your choice. In any case you should inform us properly and within the defined timelines for any return.
Refunds will be credited back to your credit card and it can take 10-15 days. All charges that the payment processor charges for credit card purchases and refunds will be deducted from this refund.
